Q: Are your cakes really alcoholic?
A: Yes. Our cakes are infused with real premium spirits (tequila, rum, bourbon, cognac, etc.). The alcohol is baked into the cake and added again as a soak or glaze for flavor and kick.
Q: Will I feel the alcohol?
A: You may feel a light buzz depending on the flavor and how much you eat. These are not “alcohol-free” cakes.
Q: Do the cakes contain raw alcohol?
A: Yes. We use baked-in spirits and post-bake soaks or glazes for maximum flavor.
Q: Can kids eat these?
A: No. Our cakes are for 21+ only.

Q: Do you offer non-alcoholic versions?
A: Yes — just select “ zero proof” when ordering or request it at checkout. The flavor will still be delicious, just without the spirits.
Q: Do non-alcoholic cakes cost less?
A: Pricing is the same — the craftsmanship, ingredients, and time are identical.

A: Optional! Many flavors taste amazing slightly warmed (10–15 seconds per slice in the microwave).

Q: Do you ship?
A:
• Yes — Boozy Bundts are baked fresh, then frozen before shipping to lock in moisture and flavor. Each cake is packed with dry ice and shipped via Priority Mail, typically arriving within 1–3 days.
• Some specialty glazes are shipped separately in a sealed container to protect their texture and finish. When your cake arrives, simply warm the glaze slightly and pour it over the cake for a fresh, bakery-style finish at home.
A: Your cake arrives cold, fresh, and ready to enjoy — with that final luxe drizzle done by you.
Q: Is dry ice safe?
A: Yes. Dry ice keeps your cake frozen during transit. Do not touch it with bare hands and allow it to fully evaporate before discarding the packaging.
Q: What if my dry ice is gone when it arrives?
A: That’s normal — as long as the cake is cold when you receive it, it’s safe and fresh.
Q: When do orders ship?
A: Orders typically ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
Q: Do you ship during holidays?
A: Yes, but shipping cut-off dates will be posted during peak seasons.
Q: What if my cake arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 24 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Q: What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Once shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will always work with you.

A: Yes — allow the cake to thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for best texture.
